Delivery Areas: We offer delivery within Batangas and Laguna area. If your delivery address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us to inquire about special arrangements.

Delivery Times: Our standard delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Philippine time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

Delivery Fees: Free Same Day delivery within Batangas and Laguna Province.

Delivery Instructions: Please provide detailed delivery instructions, including any gate codes, apartment numbers, or specific delivery times, to ensure a successful delivery. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Recipient Availability: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor, if possible. Alternatively, we will contact the recipient to reschedule the delivery.

Delivery Confirmation: Once the delivery has been made, we will send a confirmation email or SMS to the provided contact information to notify you that the flowers have been successfully delivered.
